SharePoint 2007 doesn’t like the xml:lang in my master page…

Hi there,

I recently needed to make a SharePoint portal XHTML compliant. My html tag was missing the “xml:lang” attribute. So I added it to the master page. That did not work however, SharePoint somehow stripped the “xml:lang” attribute, any other attributes added stayed ok.

Just wanted you to know I’m getting an HTC Touch Cruise to get my work and appointments more organized, together with a quick way to find my way using the GPS and easy integration into my phone records with the GSM feature, ready for 3G and UMTS. A superior iPhone competitor, well actually, the iPhone truly sucks, as no API is available yet (HTC Cruise uses the Windows Mobile 6 API) and Java, both not available yet on the iPhone if I’m not mistaken.
